All about MEE!

Our local cat shelter, FOAL Farm

Yesterday, Mommycat and Dadcat went to FOAL farm – it’s our local animal sanctuary. FOAL stands for Friends of Animals League. FOAL is a no-kill shelter (I think they all are in England?) It was started in 1960, and occupies 26 acres! They also do goggies and wabbets, but I’m not interested in them…

Daddycat took a video camera and wanted to introduce all our readers to the cats there, to show how many there are, and to remind people to adopt a cat, cos WE DESERVE IT!!!! (as my friend Brian says)

So here’s a quick tour around all the kitties there… It started raining while they were there, and Dadcat got wet! Haw haw!!

Wordfull F$£%King Wednesday.

You know, most of the time, you can trust your Daddycat to have all your best interests at heart, and to always put you on a pedestal, high above anthing else in their life.

And other times, they’ll post a picture like this of you.

I’m a Supermodel!!!

Following my incredible success the other day, modelling my new collar and tie, Daddycat thought he’d go one step further, and get me to model his cool new Kitty City Gazette T-shirt!

Unfortunately,  I wasn’t a very good model..

Well, Daddycat thinks that anyway, but I think I’m actually a very CLEVER model! I think Harley and Daisy have got it all WRONG!

Basically, I discovered quite quickly, that the more un-cooperative you are, the more treats you get! So everytime he got my head in the t-shirt, I’d stick my paw through as well, or back out again, or run off, and he’d offer me another treat!!

Clever me eh?

I won! (click to biggify the picture)

I’m really not feeling myself tonight…

I feel…. kinda funny…. I’m sure I’ll be back to normal tomorrow…

A cheeter is a naughty cat?

Mommacat & Dadcat went to a place yesterday, called Eagle Heights…  I know Eagles are birds, and I know that cats are meant to play with birds,  so maybe I’d like to chase and play with an Eagle?

Anyway, there is this cat there called a cheeter. Or is it a cheetah? Anyway, cheeters are not a true big cat as some people think, as they purr, and big cats don’t purr. Also, big cats roar, and cheeters don’t roar either. So lions and tigers roar but don’t purr, and cheeters and bengal cats purr, but don’t roar.

Bengal cats also have stripes at the side of their eyes, that are called cheetah stripes! So I’m just like a cheeter!

As usual, dadcat had a chat with the man at Eagle Heights and managed to get his camera in front of the barriers, and filmed this cheeter running after a rabbit! The rabbit was running at 50mph too! Some rabbit eh?

Here’s his video:
