But little Freya still knows who’s got the most comfy arm to snuggle and sleep in!
Unortunately, I don’t get a lot of work done when she’s like this, but it’s worth it!!
I was feeling a bit lonely in the office, ‘cos as son as i went in there, Freya would jump to the top shelf, and get in her secret hiding place and go to sleep for the rest of the day. I felt this was fairly unsociable, so I took away her comfy bed, hoping that the next best thing would be my lap, or the nice plush chair next to me. Freya had a better idea.
Well, she wins again, I can’t let her sleep like that, so I put her box back, and a few minutes later, guess what happened?
So again, I was outsmarted by Freya, and she didn’t hiss, bite or scratch me once, and still totally got her own way. Whats on TV??? Freya’s on TV!!!!
Commenters get to find out the answers! NOTE: Freya is fully aware that this Wordless Wednesday post is anything but wordless, but she’s never been one for obedience or rules. I just saw this picture on flickr, and such a range of emotions hit me, I just had to write about it. Initially, when you see the picture, you think ‘funny-looking guy with a cat on his lap’, and of course, the cat’s expression is priceless. When you actually read the author’s writeup, you think a little differently. (click on the picture for the full story) This guy is all of us, back in a day when we weren’t so cynical, and ‘cool’. Walter is full of love, and innocence. He’s just happy in himself, and not worried what you may think about him. And all of a sudden, instead of laughing at the guy, I’m kinda wishing I could be more like him.
